Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors needs to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery via: Okeanosswim@gmail.com . If an item has been damaged during the shipping process; keep original packaging to be returned along with the damaged goods.

Oke Swimwear wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to do a return or an exchange, please fill out the online return/exchange form accordingly, and mail your item (s) back.

All Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your order, with receipt for any reason. All items returned should be in the same condition as received. 

*Any repairs may be requested up to 60 days after received; see return form.

Once a swimsuit is worn and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason other than stated in return policy
